These terms apply to your use of the Tips with T website and your membership of the private Tips with T Telegram channel and discussion group (together, "the service"), operated from Brisbane, Australia. By purchasing a membership or accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't join.
Tips with T provides NBA betting tips, analysis, results recaps and related commentary. All content is general information and personal opinion only. It is not financial advice, professional advice, or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances.
No outcome is guaranteed. All published results are real and tracked, but past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves risk, and losing runs — including extended ones — are a normal part of betting. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions, stake sizes, and any wins or losses that result. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
The service is strictly for people aged 18 years or over (or the legal gambling age in your location, if higher). By joining you confirm you meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to ensure that sports betting is legal where you live.
Monthly membership ($99 AUD/month) is a recurring subscription. You are charged when you join and then automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through Stripe's billing portal — the link is in your payment receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access to the channel until the end of your current billing period.
Season pass ($499 AUD) is a one-off payment covering the full NBA season stated at the time of purchase, from opening night to the end of the NBA Finals. It does not renew.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars and may change for future billing periods or seasons; any change will be communicated before it affects you.
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, for unused portions of a billing period, or because betting results in any period didn't meet your expectations — tips are opinions, and results can never be guaranteed.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not provided as described — for example, you paid and did not receive access — you're entitled to an appropriate remedy. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Your membership is personal to you. You must not share, forward, screenshot, republish or resell tips, channel content, or channel access to anyone who is not a current member — including in other groups, social media, or private messages. All content remains the intellectual property of Tips with T.
Sharing content or access is grounds for immediate removal from the service without refund.
We may remove a member from the channel and discussion group where: their payment has failed and not been resolved, their subscription has been cancelled and the paid period has ended, they have shared content or access in breach of section 6, or their behaviour in the community is abusive, harassing, or disruptive. Where removal is for a breach of these terms, no refund is payable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tips with T is not liable for any betting losses, loss of profits, or other loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date above. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

When you join, we collect your name, email address, and Telegram username through our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full payment information. Stripe's own privacy policy is available at stripe.com/au/privacy.
We use this information solely to manage your membership: matching your payment to your Telegram join request, managing channel access as memberships start and end, processing billing, and contacting you about your membership if needed.
We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or disclose it to anyone except the service providers needed to run the service (Stripe for payments, Telegram for channel access) or where required by law.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your membership has ended. Message @tips_witht on Instagram and we'll action it promptly.
